A major new housing scheme in west London has been given the green light by the local council.
Developer London Square is to construct a 203-home development at the site of a former car showroom and vacant office building on London Road in Isleworth.
Designed by Stanford Eatwell Architects, the project will consist of eight low-rise apartment blocks with brick frontages.
Sales and marketing director lowercase at London Square Rebecca Littler said: “We now have a total of eight prime sites underway across the capital and Isleworth.”
Features of the site will include podium terraces, roof gardens and landscaped gardens, while the development will also include some commercial space.
The development is part of the wider £151 million regeneration of the borough of Hounslow, planned over the next nine years.
Other areas set to benefit from the cash include districts such as Chiswick, Brentford, Cranford, Feltham, Hanworth and Heston.
